On the second night of the UCL European Focus Week we are cooperating with the UCLU Arabian Society for an event of the intervention in Libya and the prospects of a common European foreign policy. We have invited experts from both Libya and the UK to share their views on the division and unity over European use of force in Libya as well as on the question what role Europe should play in a post-Gaddafi Libya.
